Amidst numerous organizational contributions to recent acquisitions, the company is experiencing an exciting period of growth, made possible by the collective efforts of everyone involved. Gratitude is extended to all who aided in these transitions. Specifically, the spotlight is on the Cielo team for their remarkable support during the acquisition of our first property, Verso, in Portland, Oregon, in December. Since the property lacked a site team, the Cielo team stepped in, providing assistance during the holidays and the initial weeks of having Verso. They not only made the journey to support but also facilitated the onboarding of the new team. The entire team, including office and maintenance staff, played a crucial role, and their hard work is evident in Verso's impressive net promoter score of 35. This positive score reflects residents' recognition and appreciation of our efforts, with the Cielo team being instrumental in achieving this success.
