Property Guide

Created and implemented a standardized Brookfield Properties-branded property guide to streamline the move-in process. Designed using Canva, these guides offer easy customization to meet the unique needs of each property, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience for every resident.

Peer Coaching Program

Developed and launched a Peer Coaching Program in collaboration with Brookfield Properties' Learning Team. This initiative paired newly onboarded associates with seasoned team members during their initial 90 days to foster an in-depth understanding of the company culture, business operations, and their roles within Brookfield Properties. The program was initially tested with five new hires, and current employees were trained to participate before its company-wide implementation. The program significantly improved the onboarding experience for new associates and boosted employee engagement during their crucial first 90 days.

A Guide To Social Media

Developed and delivered a comprehensive social media guide to managers in the Dallas and Denver regions of Brookfield Properties. This presentation focused on crafting effective marketing strategies through social media to enhance leasing efforts for onsite teams. Subsequent to the presentation, properties experienced a substantial 30% surge in social media views, accompanied by increased foot traffic across the regions.

Spruce

In 2019, initiated the integration of Spruce into the Dallas region of Brookfield Properties, delivering a convenient lifestyle service directly to residents' fingertips. This introduction resulted in a notable rise in resident satisfaction, offering a hotel-style housekeeping experience to every resident. Additionally, successfully negotiated a one-year complimentary contract encompassing all properties within Spruce's regions for Brookfield Properties. An impressive 75% of residents promptly booked services, with Spruce services further contributing to overall resident satisfaction.

Email Headers

Designed customizable email header templates for integration into Brookfield's CRM system (Anyone Home) for prospect communication. Crafted editable templates using Canva for company-wide marketing purposes, ensuring consistency across all properties. These templates have become integral components distributed to new hires as part of the Peer Coaching Program.

As part of that, we want to highlight the team at Cielo. We acquired our first property in Portland, Oregon, named Verso, in December. The property did not come with a site team, Michael Crain, Robby Honeysett and Tricia Alvarez stepped in and provided support at the property. Through the holidays and the first few weeks of having Verso, the team 'took the drive down the five' to help, and they even helped onboard the new team. We are thankful for the entire team – office, maintenance - everyone was helping out. We appreciate everyone's hard work, and it is paying off as the Verso net promoter score is at a 35 already! Team Fun

Annually, the Denver and Dallas regions at Brookfield Properties engaged in a Halloween video tradition as a team-building activity. Each property independently conceived its own unique idea and storyline. In the case of 3700M, the creation of "Tower of Terror," an original narrative that incorporated every team member at the property, stood out. These videos were subsequently shared with corporate office personnel for voting. This tradition was eagerly anticipated by both the teams and the residents, fostering a sense of excitement and camaraderie.
